Melancholic melodies, reverb soaked guitars, striking synth lines, uncompromising drum machine, and lyrics about the transience of relationships and the fragility of the soul. Iggy Mayerov is a Prague-based alt-pop quartet that first caught the attention of the Czech scene in 2019 with the single "Ride". With it, they made it to the finals of the Radio Wave Starter competition, opening doors for them to other Czech radios as well. Since then, you can regularly hear their music on Radio 1 or Expres FM.
