Program

Erika Čičmanová is a Czech scenographer and visual artist. She studied scenography for alternative and puppet theatre under the Supervision of Professor Petr Matásek at at the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague and has been professionally active on the Czech scene for over 20 years. In recent years, she has been primarily involved in street theatre, crafting giant processional puppets and elaborate costumes for stilt walkers and acrobats, mainly for V.O.S.A. Theatre. She also creates scenography for puppet shows for children and family performances in collaboration with various theatres and theatre groups. She loves nature.
