The Precious Table is an adaptation of a fairy tale popularized by Božena Němcová, set in the context of the interwar events of the 20th century. With distance and exaggeration of playing together, the protagonists name the difficulties of separation and loss, of which the last century has brought more than anyone could have imagined.
