It’s better to be dead without blood than to remain alive without a heart. One of the most famous plays of the "the poet of the dark death", a gripping drama about love and passion beyond the grave. Ninety years have passed since the creation of this iconic text, but it still has the charm and power to speak to the hearts of the audience. The radical interpretation and adaptation of Lorca’s text works with three forms or life stages of a woman. The current world, marked by war, has provoked us to think about what human society would look like without men and how women would function in such an arrangement.
